It does not apply to third-party websites, services or platforms that are not controlled by AMA Invest Capital Limited, even if they are linked to or integrated with Workerclaw.ai.

We use personal data to operate, provide, maintain, secure and improve Workerclaw.ai; create and manage user accounts; authenticate users; process subscriptions, token purchases, balance top-ups and payments; provision compute, hosting and AI resources; deploy and manage AI agents; operate built-in CRM, lead qualification or audience segmentation features where available; enable integrations and connected channels; provide support; investigate abuse, fraud, suspicious activity and security incidents; enforce our Terms of Use and other policies; communicate with you regarding operational, administrative, billing, security and support matters; analyze product usage and platform performance; comply with legal obligations; protect our rights and interests; and, where permitted by law, send service notices, updates, offers, marketing communications, or use available contact data in connection with advertising, remarketing, audience matching or lookalike audience creation through platforms such as Google or Meta.

However, no website, software, transmission method, cloud environment or digital system is completely secure, and therefore we cannot guarantee absolute security of any data processed through Workerclaw.ai.
Workerclaw.ai operates internationally and may process or transfer personal data across multiple jurisdictions, including jurisdictions where our providers or infrastructure are located.
